I picked up a pickleball paddle for the first time in 2016 and was instantly hooked — not just by the sport, but by the incredible community around it. Since then, pickleball has become a huge part of my life.
For the past four years, I’ve been proud to represent Selkirk as a sponsored pro and to be part of Lululemon’s Sweat Collective. As a certified PPR Teaching Pro, I’ve had the privilege of coaching players all over North America, often alongside some of the top coaches in the game.
I’ve also competed extensively at the Pro/Open level, earning medals across the U.S. and Canada — including Gold and Bronze at the U.S. Open Championships, Bronze at Canadian Nationals, Silver at the APP: LA Open, Gold at the Ottawa Open, and Silver at the Newport Beach Classic, among others.
As pickleball continues to explode in popularity across Canada, I’ve become a passionate advocate for building more facilities, launching youth programs, and promoting the sport’s mental and physical health benefits. I also work as a consultant, helping companies tap into the rapidly growing pickleball market with insight, strategy, and authentic connection.
I grew up in Toronto playing every sport I could, eventually focusing on competitive basketball and soccer. I hold an Honours BA in Philosophy from McMaster University and a postgrad degree in Communications. Outside of pickleball, I love spending time with family and friends, hiking, playing padel, and leading my nonprofit, Rally for Play, which brings inclusive, accessible sport programming to youth.
